The breakfast was delicious and on the roof top; the staff was knowledgeable. The hotel was in a central location close to the majority of Marrakesh's sights in the old town.

The hotel is in a super and brilliant location on the edge of the medina meaning it was also accessible by taxi. The staff are wonderful and fabulous, answered every question I had.

no complains at all, had a perfect stay on vacation. everything was lovely at this trendy boutique hotel. the breakfast was free on the roof top, i tried gorgeous muesli, pastries, fruit and croissants. the location was nice and perfect, relatively close to a main square. restaurants and cafés were near the place.

The staff were all knowledgeable and competent, which was unquestionably a plus. It was the double room with an excellent bathroom. A soap and slippers were available there.

My stay at Riad Tizwa was absolutely lovely. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast, with its stunning details and beautiful views. The staff, particularly Hassan, were incredibly polite and eager to assist with any requests. They even arranged transportation to and from the airport, making my trip much easier. The riad itself is a peaceful escape from the bustling city center, with comfortable rooms and a warm and caring atmosphere. I highly recommend Riad Tizwa for a memorable stay in Marrakech.

We enjoyed good and amazing location.

The rooms were large equipped with bath, excellent hot shower, for example. Location: the hotel was near the tourist attractions in the Medina, super close to most things in the city, and the Jemaa El Fna. The public parking was nearby, outstanding service.

Never had a better trip before, everything was amazing. Got well-appointed room with a huge bathroom as well as an electric heater - always come in handy. The breakfast selection was delicious on the roof top...

His restaurant recommendations were spot on and the handmade breakfasts were delicious. The riad itself was a beautiful blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern comforts. Stuff is exceptional and you can park your car nearby. It has great location in Medina district short walk to the main market and many restaurants as well as the old town of Marrakesh.

The location was particularly good and away from hustle and bustle. You could walk to a main market and a market. The room was reasonably large and beautifully designed, not to mention views over garden from the window. Had nice facilities like a terrace and a safe.

The location on the west edge of the medina provides a perfect balance between easy access to the city center and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel like family. The rooms are comfortable and come with wonderful en suite bathrooms on the ground floor, complete with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast is delicious, featuring perfect fresh orange juice.
